SHIPPING POLICY

Frozenglow ships worldwide.

FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. You will never be charged a shipping fee at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME
United States: orders are typically delivered within 5–10 days.
International: orders are typically delivered within [CONFIRM: ask your supplier, e.g. 7–15] days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen because of carrier volume, customs checks, weather or holiday periods, especially between November and December. If you're buying a gift, we recommend ordering early.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window above, or your tracking shows no movement for several days, email us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
